Small Physiotherapist-led classes ensure a safe way to learn how to improve core strength, movement patterns and breathing.
Monday -11am-12pm Intermediate
Wednesday - 10-11am Beginner/Intermediate
Thursday - Beginner/Intermediate 6-7pm
The Pilates classes all run throughout the year in five week blocks. This usually ends up being two rotations of five weeks followed by a rest in the school holidays.
The rotation structure allows us to start together and then the class builds as the course progresses.
There are also Introduction to Pilates Courses on offer prior to the rotations starting for those who are new to Pilates. This gives us a chance to set up the foundations for a successful experience with your Pilates practice.
