PILATES CLASSES
STRUCTURE
Small Physiotherapist-led classes ensure a safe way to learn how to improve core strength, movement patterns and breathing. The Pilates classes all run throughout the year in School term time.
This usually ends up being a rotation of nine to ten weeks followed by a rest in the school holidays. The rotation structure allows us to start together and then the class builds as the course progresses.
There are also Introduction to Pilates Courses on offer prior to the rotations starting for those who are new to Pilates. This gives us a chance to set up the foundations for a successful experience with your Pilates practice.
SIGNING UP
If you are interested in joining a Pilates Class you can ring the clinic to book or use messenger via Facebook to get in contact to book your spot.
When you sign up you will pay for a full rotation. This ensures good continuity of the classes.
